Your Company's Role
- Contribute one or more tax deductible scholarships of $500 each; and/or
- Loan an executive for one week to serve as a Company Advisor.
Scholarship of $500 Provides:
- Room/board for one participant in 6-day Business Week program
- Opportunity for student participation in business simulation team competition
- Student exposure to presentations by noted business leaders
Your Company Receives:

- The August 2008 issue of South Carolina Business Magazine sent to more than 6,000 business leaders
- The student instructional manual
- The Company Advisor instructor’s manual
PERSONAL LETTER from the individual student(s) who receives your scholarship.
FULL TAX DEDUCTION
Funds will be deposited in a 501(c)3 account, S.C. Business Center for Excellence in Education, the only foundation in the state governed and funded by business for education.
PARTICIPATION (if desired) in the recruitment of specific student(s) from your area to receive your scholarship(s).
Students Must:
- Have completed their sophomore, junior, or senior year in the Spring of 2008;
- Be currently ranked in the top one-third of their class academically; and
- Have proven leadership ability.
